Jaey Nengomasha
Jaey is a fashion student from the University of Huddersfield studying Fashion Design, Marketing, Manufacture and Promotion. Her final year dissertation focuses on creating beautiful knit wear garments. Jaey was born in Zimbabwe and is passionate about using her skill to support the Nothing But Nets campaign.
“My inspiration comes from my Zimbabwean roots, that sense of community and uniting against all odds and all achievements. I wanted to create a garment / collection that represented the sense of security and strength that we as African people embody. To me, this collection represents my past, present and my future where I am trying to inspire others with my work.”
